Meet Shannon Peffley, the new owner of All Inclusive Adventures. Shannon is an outdoor industry leader, entrepreneur, and devoted father with a lifelong love of nature and adventure. From paddleboarding calm waters at sunrise to exploring trails with his kids by his side, Shannon has spent years building businesses that bring people closer to the outdoors and to each other.

“The outdoors has always been my reset button. It’s where I feel most alive and where I see people truly reconnect with themselves and the world around them,” Shannon says. “Owning All Inclusive Adventures is a way to share that feeling with more people.”
Under Shannon’s leadership, All Inclusive Adventures will continue offering the same incredible experiences you’ve come to love, from jet ski tours and kayaking to SUP excursions and more, while exploring new ways to grow, connect, and inspire.
Shannon is also the founder of Yogi Expeditions, a global retreat company blending yoga, travel, and cultural immersion in destinations like Iceland, Colombia, and Costa Rica. Whether leading retreats abroad or paddle tours right here at home, Shannon brings a deep sense of purpose to everything he does: helping people unplug, explore, and rediscover the joy of being outside.
